Delivery of Your Order
If you place an online order before 1.00pm (Monday-Friday), we will dispatch your goods on the same day. Please be aware, during busy periods dispatch times may be 1-2 working days.
Orders placed after 1.00pm will be processed the following working day. NB Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the next week day ie Saturday orders are dispatched on Monday. Your order will be delivered to your specified delivery address between the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
During busier times of the year, to ensure your loved one receives their gift on time, please place your order in plenty of time. We will display last order dates for delivery on our Homepage
Saturday delivery is only available within mainland UK
We regret that we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses or Parcel Motels
We are unable to process, dispatch or deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends
Next Working Day Delivery
To have your goods delivered the next day, the cut off time for placing your order is 9am, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability. Next working day deliveries will be delivered Monday to Friday only.
Free delivery applies to online orders over £50 (excl VAT) to be delivered within mainland UK. Free delivery does not apply to orders containing highly flammable liquids.
Orders under £50 will arrive in 2-5 working days, and will cost a flat rate of £3.95.
Larger orders will be delivered via DHL/DPD/Hermes. To ensure we offer a safe and efficient service, someone will need to be available to accept delivery of your order. If the courier cannot get an answer at your delivery address, they will return your parcel back to Boo Chic Beauty and a refund will be issued (excluding delivery cost.)
Royal Mail Delivery
If delivery has not been possible, the post worker will leave a card and your order will be taken to your local Royal Mail/Parcelforce depot. You will be given the option to collect your parcel from your local depot, or if you cannot collect, Royal Mail will make a second attempt to deliver to your delivery address. If the second delivery date is not suitable, you can contact the number on the card to arrange another day. Royal Mail/Parcelforce depots will hold your parcel for a maximum of 5 days. If they have not heard from you after 5 days, your parcel will be returned to Boo-Chic Beauty and a refund will be issued (excl delivery cost.).
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If, after 10 working days, you have not received your order please email us on email@example.com and we will contact the courier to investigate. Please allow 14 days for this investigation to be carried out. if your goods cannot be located after 14 days we will contact you and arrange a replacement order to be sent out immediately.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
Although we take care to ensure that your order will reach you in excellent condition, damages in transit may arise. Please accept our apologies if your order is damaged.
Please take a photo of the damaged items and attach the photo to an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hour of delivery. Please include your full name and order reference number. We will contact you to arrange a return and dispatch of a replacement; or a refund if you prefer. Please allow 2-3 working days for replacement orders to be processed, or if you have chosen a refund, please allow 4-5 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
Returns & Refunds
Products are not offered on a sale or return basis, however, products ordered in error will normally be accepted for return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they arrive back to us in perfect, re-saleable condition. Please ensure the items for return are packaged securely and use a secure postage method ie signed for delivery, special delivery. Please use address below and obtain a proof of postage at the post office to ensure you are insured for the value of the goods in the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit. Once we have received your return, please allow 4-5 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
